Matt Lytle

Matt has extensive experience representing clients in complex litigation across state and federal courts nationwide, as well as in arbitrations before the AAA and FINRA. His practice spans all phases of litigation, including strategy development, motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, trial, and appeals. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of trust, breach of contract, and claims under state consumer protection statutes.

Matt is recognized for his class action expertise, having tried multiple class actions in Missouri state and federal courts. His work has earned him inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and repeated recognition by Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers as a “Super Lawyer” (since 2013) and “Rising Star” (2011–2012). He was also named to the BTI Client Service All-Stars in 2012 for his innovative approach and commitment to client needs.

Beyond litigation, Matt has experience in white-collar defense and regulatory investigations, representing clients before agencies such as the CFTC and USDA.
