Rick Frawley

Rick brings over 25 years of diverse legal experience, making him exceptionally qualified to manage complex legal challenges. He spent a decade handling high-stakes litigation at national and international firms before serving as General Counsel for a publicly traded Fortune 1000 propane company, where he also led risk, safety, and real estate departments and oversaw numerous asset transactions.

In 2019, Rick founded the predecessor firm to FLH Legal, representing individuals, businesses of all sizes, and international corporations. His unique blend of litigation and business experience enables him to identify practical solutions and mitigate risks without unnecessary complexity or cost.

Rick has earned national recognition for client service, including selection to the BTI Client All-Star Team (2007) and inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (2024), an honor reserved for the top 6% of attorneys nationwide.

A Nebraska native and Omaha South High School Hall of Fame inductee, Rick enjoys outdoor activities with his family, whiskey distilling, cabin building, and maintaining a historic cemetery near his farm.
